Krav Maga

Fit to Fight offers its unique brand of Krav Maga training, also on an affiliate and ongoing training basis, as a stand-alone Self Defense Modality. Krav Maga is the world's most efficient self-defense system, known for it's no-nonsense approach to training. The Fit to Fight Krav Maga curriculum is designed to allow students to focus on surviving a violent encounter.

Sparology

To become competent at sparring/fighting, ordinary people, like most of our students, need to spend time actually sparring. However, when real contact begins, the attrition rate for school and gyms nation wide is around 80%. With that problem in mind, the actual anatomy of the Sparring/Fight oriented classes has been revolutionized and is now available to you.

From The Ground Up

A groundfighting program designed to tackle the omnipresent self-protection dilemma of ending up on the ground during an altercation. FTGU systematically prioritizes the tools realistically required to get up from the ground during an affray when your attacker seeks to hold you there. FTGU is a three-tiered affiliate program that bridges the gap between being told it is imperative "to get back up" and how to actually accomplish that in real time.

Hard Ready

Hard Ready is a unique course that was designed to address THE single most important, and non variable component to conflict: Emotional preparedness. Much the same way that we improve ourselves physically, via progressive resistance, we use the same principles to improve ourselves emotionally. To begin to understand Hard Ready, it is imperative to make a fundamental distinction and perhaps a minor correction.

Force Tactical Group

The Fight to Fight Force Tactical Group, much like our civilian training, ascribes to the notion that irrespective of the context, fundamental combat skills are a must for physical altercations. And while some special sensibilities and tactics are dealt with in the overarching structure of our Force Training Structure, much of training is rooted in learning to read, appreciate and respond to actual energies that are manifest in any and all situations that entail interpersonal human aggression.

Jeremy Alf

Jeremy has trained in Krav Maga for nine years. He is a 2nd degree black belt in Krav Maga and a Fit to Fight instructor. Jeremy is a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Krav Maga Force Training instructor.

Jeremy has been a member of the US Air Force for 15 years, with four Deployments in support of OIF/OEF, and he was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for Teaching Krav Maga at Balad Air Base in Iraq.

Jeremy has worked closely with Fit to Fight to develop an alternative exercise modality program for soldiers.
